Day 9- Someone you love

My sister! Or more like my adopted sister. I have no siblings and I am not particularly close to my cousins. So I adopt sisters and brothers. Although I haven’t had much luck with the brothers, my two sisters- Diya (at home in India) and Aditi (pictured, in Champaign) are two very loved people. Aditi also passed her prelim today, so woo hoo!!!! This was a good picture to commemorate this day. God only knows what I’d be without her. She’s the one I most often call up when life sucks, and trust me life sucks a lot in grad school. She’s more family to me than a lot of my extended family.
